Great shower and comfy bed!

Had a decent stay for 2 nights. Loved the shower in my room and the comfy bed was a plus. The kitchen setup with a fridge was handy for my drinks. Breakfast was good, and the staff were super nice, especially the front desk lady who helped me a lot. Just wished the breakfast options could've been better.

The location boasts convenient access to I-80 and I-294, making it easy to reach nearby attractions. The lobby appears clean upon entry, contributing to a decent first impression.

Unfortunately, my stay revealed several issues. The carpets in the hallways were stained and in need of cleaning, a glaring contrast to the lobby's cleanliness. I found the room's fridge poorly maintained—opening it felt like a game of Jenga, as it was unsteady and wobbled on its slats. The air conditioning unit emitted disruptive noises, prompting us to choose between discomfort or the constant racket. Furthermore, the breakfast options were limited. just eggs and sausage each day without any variation or fresh fruit. I also encountered unpleasant odors in the elevator area, which detracted from the overall comfort. Additionally, I noted that some furniture showed clear signs of wear and stains, especially on the sofa, making it less inviting for relaxation.

I truly enjoyed my stay, especially because of the helpful and friendly staff who made me feel right at home, and discovering the nearby Thorn Lake and Jurgensen Woods Nature Preserve was a fantastic way to unwind after a day of city walking.

Our recent stay was unexpectedly pleasant. The suite was spacious, and the comfortable beds provided a much-needed rest after a long drive. Quick access to local dining options was a bonus. Just a heads-up, make sure to double-check room assignments to avoid surprises!

My children wanted more activities available for families aside from the pool.

Now, let’s chat about the not-so-great bits. They said non-smoking, but I could still catch whiffs of smoke. Also, the microwave and window sills were sporting some grime that needed a serious scrub. And the lack of a remote for the TV? A bit of a buzzkill!

The staff was really attentive, kinda like they're on a mission to. My kids loved the continental breakfast-so much variety, waffles, and all that. You can't beat that for them. They're just running around We felt super welcomed, I ain't gonna lie.

Pricing wasn't exactly bargain basement, but for the experience, it was still acceptable.
